Beyond the parklike setting of Royalton Ravine Park is a few nature trails that take you through a wooded area. Walk about 1/4 mile in and gradually make your way down to the gorge bottom. There you will come across this pedestrian suspension bridge. It crosses the eastern branch of Eighteen Mile Creek.
There's not much to this bridge. Steel supports at both ends with steel cables running between them holding up a series of wood planks for the walking surface. Walking across can be quite fun as the bridge is very bouncy.
