EN: This fountain stands in the middle of a small square in the old village center of Seewen.
The fountain has two troughs in different sizes. The fountain column stands laterally offset on the long side of the larger trough and is dated 1884 at the front. At the edge of the trough there is still a ring attached to which cattle used to be tethered during drinking.
DE: Dieser Brunnen steht mitten auf einem kleinen Platz m alten Dorfkern von Seewen.
Der Brunnen hat zwei Tröge in verschiedenen Grössen. Die Brunnensäule steht seitlich versetzt an der Längsseite des grösseren Trogs und ist an der Front mit 1884 datiert. Am Trogrand ist noch ein Ring angebracht, an dem früher das Vieh während des Tränkens angebunden wurden.
