This memorial consists of three granite pillars, with the center one having an engraving of an eagle and flags. The flanking pillars have the seals of four branches of the military: U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps. The monument was sponsored by American Legion Post 123 and the Auxiliary Post 123, and was dedicated on November 11, 1993.
