This Blue Star Memorial By-Way marker is located in front of the Weldon Spring Nuclear Waste Adventure Trail and Museum in St. Charles, Missouri.

This area features a large nuclear waste hill covered with a large amount of protective layers. The marker was placed by the Lewis & Clark Garden Club, a member of the National Garden Clubs Inc. as "A tribute to the Armed Forces of America"
