FR Véritable lieu d’information de la commune, l’Office de Tourisme (association Loi 1901) accueille les visiteurs mais aussi les Mallemortais à la recherche d’informations.

Pour les touristes, l’Office de Tourisme est le lieu incontournable pour préparer leur séjour mais aussi organiser leurs vacances une fois sur place. Mais pour tous, l'office de Tourisme est le lieu idéal pour connaître la programmation culturelle de la ville, réserver ses billets et découvrir ou redécouvrir Mallemort à travers les différents guides et documents mis à disposition.

L’Office de Tourisme c’est :
* Un accueil physique et téléphonique 6j/7 toute l’année et 7j/7 en haute saison
* La création de documentation touristique (Guide touristique, circuits du vieux village…)
* La promotion du village
* Réservation et billetterie des spectacles organisés par la Com’Culture et les associations du village

* Assurer la fourniture des cartes touristiques, plans et guides touristiques sur support papier
* Vous donner accès à son site internet bilingue
* Diffuser son information touristique également sur support papier traduite au moins en une langue étrangère relative :
** A tous les hébergements touristiques classés comportant au moins le nom de l’établissement, les coordonnées postales, le courriel, l’adresse du site internet, les coordonnées téléphoniques, le niveau du classement
** Aux monuments et sites touristiques culturels, naturels ou de loisirs, pouvant comporter l’indication des tarifs d’usage, des périodes et horaires d’ouverture au public, du site internet et des coordonnées téléphoniques et postales
** Aux évènements et animations
** Aux numéros de téléphone d’urgence
** Mettre à jour annuellement son information touristique
* Afficher à l’extérieur les numéros de téléphone d’urgence
* Traiter vos réclamations et mesurer votre satisfaction
* Mettre à votre disposition un conseiller en séjour
* Garantir la fiabilité et l’actualité de l’information sur l’offre touristique locale
* Actualiser les données sur l’offre touristique de sa zone géographique d’intervention : la commune de Mallemort

But for all, the tourist office is the ideal place to know the cultural program of the city, book tickets and discover or rediscover Mallemort through the various guides and documents made available.

The Tourist Office is:

* Be open at least 120 days a year Saturday and Sunday included in tourist season or animation

* Ensure the supply of tourist maps, maps and tourist guides on paper
* Give you access to its bilingual website
* Disseminate tourist information also on paper translated at least into a relative foreign language:
** To all classified tourist accommodation with at least the name of the establishment, postal address, email address, website address, telephone number, ranking level
** To monuments and cultural, natural or leisure tourist sites, which may include the indication of rates of use, periods and opening hours to the public, the website and telephone and postal coordinates
** Events and animations
** At emergency phone numbers
