The historic Queen Creek Bridge is a concrete structure dating to 1916. This dark metal disk is embedded in the concrete of the footing on the northwest side. Around the outside of the disk is U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Benchmark. Within that is Elev. Feet Above Mean Sea Level. Then $250 Fine or imprisonment for disturbing this mark. In the center is J107 above 1935. The mark is located approximately 350 feet southeast of the middle of the intersection of El Camino Viejo and Silver King Road. It sits just at the beginning of the north side balustrade beside the road.
