At McKeesport, on the B&O Railroad, at the bridge over the Youghiogheny River, set in the top of the northeast end of the southwest abutment, 8.5 feet west of the west rail, a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers survey disk, stamped ---YR 2R A 1992---.
To reach the mark from the intersection of State Highways 48 and 148 in McKeesport, go 0.2 mile north on Highway 148 to a side road left. Turn left and go west for 0.2 mile on Will Street to the railroad bridge over the Youghiogheny River and the mark in the southwest abutment.
