At Coulter, on the B&O Railroad, at the crossing of Second Street, in the northeast angle of the crossing, set in the top of an L-shaped head wall for a culvert, at the right angle of the head wall, a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers survey disk, stamped ---YR 8R A 1992---.
To reach the mark from the intersection of State Highway 48 and Lincoln Way in White Oak, go 1.4 miles southeast on Lincoln Way to a side road right. Turn right and go 2.75 miles southeast and southwest on Coulterville Road to a 90-degree turn, where Coulterville Road becomes Railroad Street. Continue west for 0.1 mile on Railroad Street to the railroad crossing at Second Street and the mark on the left.
