Východní celní stena hospodárského dvora nese datum vzniku celého uzavreného komplexu budov, rok 1904. Ze západní strany statek sousedí s farou a je pravdepodobné, že jí statek tehdy umožnoval ustájení koní a poskytoval zemedelské zázemí.
V soucasné dobe statek provozuje obcanské sdružení "Statek Kováry z.s." pod vedením paní Jany Holíkové. Statek zajištuje konské stáje, trénink koní a jezdcu a porádá hobby závody. K dispozici je 5 venkovních stájových boxu, 27 vnitrních stájí, menší hala, kruhovka, dve pískové jízdárny, kolbište, skokový materiál i kompletní zázemí pro jezdce, vcetne možnosti ubytování.

The eastern wall of the courtyard carries the date of the construction of the entire closed complex of buildings, 1904. From the west side, the estates are adjacent to the parish, and it is likely that the estate at that time allowed the horses to be housed and provided the agricultural background of that parish.
At present the estate operates the civic association "Statek Kováry z.s." under the direction of Mrs. Jana Holíková. The farm provides horse stables, training horses and riders and organizes hobby races. There are 5 outdoor stables, 27 indoor stables, a smaller hall, a circle, two sand riding halls, a playground, jumping material and a complete riders background, including accommodation options.
