East of the tracks on Blakeley Avenue is a culvert marked with the WPA shield as 1938. Twenty feet east of that culvert is a bridge crossing Rush Creek. As is sometimes the case, these bridges do not have the WPA shield affixed, however, their style and construction is identical to those that do have the shield. Due to the proximity of this bridge to the designated WPA culvert, we feel certain that this bridge is also of WPA construction.

The concrete bridge has guardrails on each side which have six concrete pillars with an indented design. Spanning these pillars are two sets of horizontal concrete bars. The bridge has two tunnels, each approximately 4 ft. by 12 ft.
