[FR] L’Office de Tourisme et d’Animation de Néris-les-Bains est un Etablissement Public à caractère Industriel et Commercial (EPIC) créé en 2003. A ce titre, le directeur rend compte au Comité Directeur composé d’élus de la ville et de représentants des socioprofessionnels. Ces membres statuent sur les orientations et décisions tant budgétaires que statutaires.
Suite à l’obtention de la Marque Qualité Tourisme en 2011 et renouvelé en 2015 le service accueil de l’Office de Tourisme et d’Animation de Néris-les-Bains a mis en œuvre une politique qualité visant à améliorer la satisfaction des visiteurs.
L’Office de Tourisme s’engage dans une démarche de développement durable en interne et à destination des socio-professionnels et des visiteurs.

The Tourism and Organization Office of Néris-les-Bains is a public establishment with commercial and industrial character created in 2003. In this capacity, the director represent at the Management committee made up of elected members of the city and people who represents socio professionals. These members statute on orientations and decisions so much budgetary than statutory.
The Tourism and Organization Office of Néris-les-Bains has obtained the Marque Tourism Quality in June 2011 and commits to respect the quality reference document.
In other part, in the framework of the order’s reform of Tourism Offices, the TTO of Néris-les-Bains has for objective the obtaining of the ordering in category 1 to the due date 2014.
Hours of Operation:
Mondays from 10 am to 12.30 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm, from Tuesday to Friday from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Saturdays and Public holidays from 10 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm.
