Near the entrance to Bull Foot Park is a small brick patio known as Centennial Plaza, which commemorates the 100th anniversary of Oklahoma statehood.
Above the four faces of the clock are the words: "Memory of Kenneth L. Lott". At the base of the clock a plaque reads that the clock and the plaza were placed by a group of local donors under the name 2010 Association, and the family of Kenneth Lott. Kenneth Lott was a local businessman who owned Big Red Well Service.
A plaque reads:
