Throughout the state of Oklahoma, clocks such as these have been placed on display by towns to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Oklahoma Statehood in 2007. This clock stands on a small brick patio called Centennial Plaza. The clock was placed by a group of local donors under the name of 2010 Association, and by the family of Kenneth L. Lott, and is also honoring him.

The clock has four faces, with Roman numerals. Above the faces where some towns place the name of their town and its establishment date, this clock shows "Memory of Kenneth L. Lott" The Centennial Plaza also has a time capsule to be opened in 2057.
