Front of marker has a long list of names engraved, no dates or branch of military service.

Back of marker says:

Erectedc May 30, 1968 by the Citizens of Wortham sponsored by the Wortham Study Club and gthe Wortham Lions Club.

Re-erected in 1970 by the 1967 and 1968 graduating classes of the Wortham High School.
