Waukomis Cemetery is located at the intersection of CR 510 and 2860, southwest of Waukomis. This is a cemetery with approximately 2800 burials. The cemetery is long and narrow, with a few scattered trees, and is well maintained.

At the north end of the cemetery, along the graveled driveway stands this chapel, a one-story red brick building with a gable roof. On the south end are double metal doors, and there is just a small window on each side of the chapel. Inside, fiberglass folding chairs are arranged in a "church" setting.
