Endfield's Town Hall Fountain has an outer circular 5' high 15' diameter stone wall surrounding a 8' diameter, raised, inner wall that contains the basin of the fountain. The area in between is planted with shrubs. In the center of the inner basin is a vase like fountain. A spray of water gently rises from the center of the vase and falls back into the basin below.
