A plaque in front of a Art Deco style water fountain reads:
1965

Dedicated to the Memory of His Parents
Lewis F. Wilson (1836-1927)
Rose J. Wilson (1850-1938)
In 1914 Rose Wilson Led the Coffee Club
(Later The Woman's Club) Drive For a Free
Public Library in Corvallis.
She Was Then Appointed the First Chairman
of the Library Directors
This memorial fountain wasn't operating when I visited it but from Google Maps it's apparent that it still functions.
