Two-story, stone building on the west side of the courthouse square. Walls are of dressed limestone covered with a flat, wood frame roof. The corner quoins and window hoods on the second floor echo those of the courthouse.

Texas Historic Site Atlas

The second floor of the Masonic Building housed Lodge #216 from the building's construction in 1907 until 1974 when a new lodge building was erected.

In 1929, after a devastating fire, the building was sold and the second floor leased back by the Lodge. The first floor was always leased for commercial uses.
