The family name, "Levan", is across the top of the monument, above the Woodmen of the World emblem. It looks like this headstone may have been a target for shooting practice, even more likely as this cemetery had heretofore been abandoned and neglected. A lamp with a flame, complemented by ivy, is below the Woodmen of the World emblem, and there is this personal information and an epitaph:
