Built in 2010/2011 the VIA Rail station replaces the earlier CN station built in the mid 60's and modernized in the 1980's by VIA, and the former CPR station, which was demolished in the 1970's.
The station sits in Windsor's northern end. There are three terminus tracks and one through line located here. The station sees 6 passenger trains daily.
