YAH at the entrance to the Ormston Family Trailway, located adjacent to the Doon Valley Golf Course in Kitchener. Access is from Doon Valley Drive. There is dedicated trail use parking at the marker.
The Ormston Family Trailway is a short (300M) paved access trailway that connects to the Grand River Trailway, which in turn is part of the 4,000-plus mile Trans Canada Trail. It is sponsored by the Ormston family, one of Kitchener's oldest and influential families.
