This is only one of the MANY fountains in the HVG. It is surrounded by a 30 cm high concrete wall to create a pond beneath the scallops of the 3-Tiers of this concrete fountain. There are a couple of wooden benches that face it, so the visitor can relax from walking around and enjoying the sights and sites.
