In the space between two building is a sad little fountain and a couple of picnic tables.

This once lovely fountain is nearly out of water. The basin is about 18 inches deep but only a few of inches of water is being held there. The fountain is two tiers with water falling spilling into each one and falling back into the basin.

The fountain is decorated with flowers and leaves in relief art.
