I came across this dragon while visiting the castle. There is no sign nor plaque to tell you why it is there, I assumed it just "lives here". Later I met brothers and sisters and found out that there seems to be a campaign called dragon activity to show tourists nice spots around the area here.
I don't know how to justify the epicness of dragons ;) for me they are the most epic of all creatures.
