L'Eglise, dédiée à Saint Perpet, appartenait au XIème siècle aux Seigneurs de Crissay, et devint en 1080 la propriété de l'Abbaye de Noyers. neuil ne d'abord qu'un priuré et ne fut érigé en paroisse qu'en 1540.
L'édifice du XIIème ou XIII ème siècle, a été très remanié. La façade où l'on reconnait une baie en tiers-point condomnée, fut percée au XVIème siècle d'une porte accompagnée de niches à coquilles, de colonnes à chapiteaux corinthiens, et de frontons triangulaires.
Côté rue, l'église s'ouvre par une belle porte ornée de six masques humains.
Une fenêtre de la même époque les surmonte. Une porte latérale méridionale donne accès également dans la nef. Elle est moderne et à remplacé une porte romane en plein centre.
L'Eglise est flanquée au midi d'une beau clocher du XVIème siècle, couronné d'une balustrade richement décorée, et d'une élégante flèche octogonale.

The Church, dedicated to Saint Perpet, belonged to the eleventh century to the Lords of Crissay, and became in 1080 the property of the Abbey of Noyers. he was only a priest and was not set up as a parish until 1540.
The building of the twelfth or thirteenth century, has been very reworked. The facade, recognizing a condomated third-floor bay, was pierced in the 16th century by a door with shell niches, columns with Corinthian capitals, and triangular pediments.
Side street, the church opens with a beautiful door decorated with six human masks.
A window of the same period overcomes them. A southern side door gives access also in the nave. It is modern and replaced a Romanesque door in the center.
The church is flanked to the south of a beautiful bell tower of the sixteenth century, crowned with a richly decorated balustrade, and an elegant octagonal spire.
