Despite the homemade nature of this headstone, for what it is, it's well made, curved just above where "Williams" is on the front, and it angles backwards where the names are listed, separated by straight lines. It reads:

Findagrave yields no indication as to their relationship. Oddly, both Wannie and Verda now have modern, flat, gray granite headstones that flank the concrete marker -- Wannie's provides her date of birth -- but for whatever reason, no such treatment has been given to G.W.
