The Stadhuis is the city hall of Roermond. It is located at the marketplace in the city center. It has been built from 1700 onwards and rebuilt and extended in 1880 and 1906. A major renovation took place in 1955.

The hightlight of the building is a carillon with rotating figures in the tower on the rooftop. It has been installed in 1982, on the occasion of the 750-year-existance of Roermond.
