The First National Bank building stands on the southwest corner of E. Cherokee and N. Main in downtown Wagoner. The red brick building is rectangular (35 ft x 45 ft.) and has a flat roof with a one foot parapet. The building has a 15 ft. wide canted corner which once held an entrance, which has been converted into a window unit. This corner element has a large fixed window, flanked by windows on the north and east walls. Each window unit has two Roman Doric columns. Blue and white ceramic covered brick pilasters separate the window units. The first floor of this corner has a concrete base plate and frieze between the first and second levels, with the words "FIRST NATIONAL BANK" on either side, and "BANK" on the canted corner. Above this frieze is a stone bracketed cornice, and at the upper wall at the roof line, the words "BANK". On the north wall, the date 1895 is located above the arched entrance.

Along the north wall are five large, arched window units, with segmented fixed window panes, and segmented arch panes. A stone beltcourse runs along the north wall beneath and mid-way across the windows. The arches are formed by ten rows of standing brick. Windows on the second level are 2/2, slightly inset, with brick side panels and lintels.

The building was originally built by First National Bank which operated at this located until 1970, with professional offices on the second floor. When sold, the building was used by professional doctors and attorneys. Today, the ground floor is occupied by Edward Jones financial offices, and the upper floor might possibly be vacant.
