This two-story red brick building is located at 114 S Washington. The building is separated into two identical sections by vertical brickwork. Each has a central glass and metal door with flanking two panes of glass. The first floor fenestration completes with two rows of five panes of glass. There are large globe lights at each corner and the central vertical brickwork. The second story fenestration consists of two windows, each with a large central pane flanked by by a tall narrow pane. These panes are then topped by narrow horizontal panes. The signage "City Court" appears above the second-story windows. The cornice is plain.
