On the northeast corner of E. Cherokee Street and N. Cassaver Avenue on the grounds of the Wagoner County Courthouse, this is an old bronze plaque mounted on a rusticated granite block.
The inscription reads:
Dedicated to the sons of Wagoner County who gave their lives during the Second World WarBy this living symbol we will remember that they did not die in vain Presented by The West Side Club
