A six-story motel is going up where the old Jackie Cooper Electronics was at the corner of NW 63rd and NW Expwy. No signage at the site, Google maps calls it Sunny Hotels, other sources say Home2 by Hilton.

The web site below is a youtube video of a walk-thru of the old Jackie Cooper electronics. They sold car audio, window tinting, and AT&T cell service. The old Jackie Cooper building sat empty since before 2015 after the business moved to North Rockwell. The building was being torn down in April of 2016. Construction started on the new building in the summer of 2017. As of April 2018, the building is still not dried-in, no doors. Construction continues at a snails pace.(2019 - building finished and in use.)
