This two-storey brick building is painted white, and fairly standard for the commercial area; it is with a hip tiled roof. There is an obtuse angled-shaped horizontal metal awning around the corner of the 'T'-intersection of Willoughby Road and Holtemann Street, that is stayed back to the upper brick wall with steel rods. The ground floor has a narrow double-door entry, angled to the intersection. Plate glass display windows of the travel agent help to display the destinations the passerby may want to go to.
There are double-hung sash windows for the second floor, with an external, and a 'in-window' air conditioning unit used for comfort. To 'confuse' the hip roof, there is a low, square turret style protrusion at the intersection corner of the building - umm. The Dated section is behind one of the metal rod stays, on the Willoughby Road (western) side of the building, and mostly hidden behind a tree on the footpath. The year 1924 is surrounded by a rectangle of slightly projecting bricks; and directly above the external air conditioning unit.
