Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present quarter corner bears N0.6°W from T15S R10E S7 8 17 18 COR, 2651' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on steel pipe; rising 12"
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The quarter corner and a wood lath witness post are on a fence line running N and S. There is a faded yellow sign on a T-post which bears N, 7'0" distant. In addition, there is a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign on a U-post which bears W, 25" distant. Found two western junipers with scribed blazes and yellow BEARING TREE tags.
