[DE] Über dem Eingang des Kaiser-Wilhelm-Turms auf der Hohe Acht befindet sich dieses Relief. Es zeigt das Haupt des Monarchen samt Inschrift "Dem Großen Kaiser der Kreis Adenau". Darüber ist eine Person abgebildet, die mit einer Schlange kämpft. Ob es sich dabei ebenfalls um den Monarchen handelt ist nicht vermerkt.
