These three tree frogs sitting on Cottonwood branches are located at the entrance to Spring Creek Park (Lake Arcadia), in a landscaped area on the west side of the structure. They branches and frog are on top of an approximately 4' high black podium with a white square foundation.
The artist (Tony Hochstetler) created an entirely green sculpture, with details in both the branches and the frogs themselves, even the little veins on their skin. The middle frog is all puffed up.
According to the Edmond Sun, this piece of art cost approximately $25,000. It is the newest of many outdoor public art pieces placed around the city for everyone to enjoy.
