Located at the south edge of Galvin Park, closer to Birdsall Street than to North Walnut Street (US-68), this bell sits on a concrete slab at ground level. Made by C.S.Bell & Co. (and therefore between 1882 and 1894), it hangs in its original yoke and supports, but is missing the wheel and clapper. Originally it was also equipped with a tolling hammer, but both arms of that were broken off at the bracket. As one of the larger products of its maker, the bell is held to the yoke with three bolts instead of just one.
