This monument is fairly typical, a seeming "upgrade" on the smaller obelisks, with an urn atop the cap, and floral decoration throughout. There are some missing screws, and while still legible, the main panel is cracked and missing a bit of a corner. On the side panels are an angel in supplication and a cross over a crown. The family name, "Montgomery", is on the plinth on the front, and the main panel reads:

Montgomery,
Born
Jan. 24, 1873,
Died
Dec. 4, 1904.
Faithful, loving wife;
devoted daughter;
affectionate sister;
true to all the
trusts and oblig-
ations of life.
The back panel has this epitaph:
Dearest loved one,
we have laid thee
In the peaceful
grave's embrace,
But thy memory
will be cherished
'Till we see thy
heavenly face.
