This white flag with gold lettering is locate at the northwest corner of the Lauderdale Courthouse grounds. The flag is a part of a four pole display - National, State, County, and Municipal. Unfortunately, the County flag was completely twisted around the chain and I was unable to get a proper photo of it.
The Ripley Municipal Flag is white. A gold border contains the seal and inscription. Blue-green lines are between the border above and below the border. The seal is of a bird, possibly a robin or a bluebird, resting on a branch with ivy and two flowers. The words: "Ripley , then a darker gold line, the the phrase: The City of Hospitality Est. 1835 .
