This is a simple plaque, on one of two wooden benches, in the lawned, and well-kept front yard of the Old Courthouse of Berry. The engraved plaque is screwed to the top of two wooden backrest slats with two 'Phillips' head/slotted screws, and reads:

   "In Memory"

 The Families Of
JAMES ROBERTSON
WILLIAM TOMLINS
ROBERT JAMIESON

The wooden bench has three wooden slats, for the seat part, with a slight concave curve. There are cast iron ends to the bench, which is under the shade of some mature trees. The view to the Courthouse is slightly obscured by the low hanging branches of the tree that is shaded the Dedicated Bench of Matt Mollie Robinson.
