The axe and mallet are represented a bit differently on this one, in relief as usual but on a flat background with a jagged border. The plate on the front has this inscription:

Below the Woodmen of the World emblem is "Currey Camp No. 2409.", and near the top, on the side, is a peeled-away piece of bark with this epitaph:
