"Imposing three-storey Georgian inn, overlooking the longest village green in England where cricket is regularly played in summer. A former barn alongside is used for meetings and skittles; a second barn delights children with its farm animal collection. High-quality home-cooked food is served until 9pm (8pm Sun), and there are themed evenings. Thatchers cider is available. Accommodation comprises two suites and two double rooms.
