The above coordinates are for across the street, where you can get a similar photo, as the one that is on the wall of the historic School of Arts, that was opened in 1906.
From the sign on this building:
"The Berry School of Arts started as the Broughton Creek Literary and Debating Society in 1866 in the School in Pulman Street and then moved to a building in Queen Street.
"This building was built by Alick Johnston and S. Elliot at a cost of 2,100 pounds to perpetuate the memory of David Berry. John Hay gave the land. Architects Joseland & Vernon drew the plans and Alick Hay laid the foundation stone on 24.5.1905 and it opened on 18.1.1906. The Supper Room, kitchen and external staircase were added later and in 1981, the Hall and Supper Room were joined by arches and both re-floored."
