A plaque in St. Anthonys Cemetery this serene setting was built and donated by Thomas O-Halloran in July 1990 in memory of John & Ellen O'Halloran. This setting is comprised of a large flower bed, a bench, flagpole, and a memorial statue of St. Anthony memorializing Franciscan priests who served Tigard community (a separate citizen memorial).

John O'Halloran lived from 1886 to 1961. Ellen O'Halloran lived from 1891 to 1978. Both share a headstone in this cemetery.
