This trail is partly boardwalk. It goes by an area referred to as a bog, but since it empties into Chenango Lake, it does not fit the definition of a bog.

This is definitely wetlands with plants such as skunk cabbage, cinnamon ferns and cattails. It has moss, but not moss mats. The trail is 0.37 miles, but it does go up and down from the fisherman's access at road level to the "bog" level, somewhat steep near the boardwalk. The trail connects to the Chenango Lake Trail.
