A nicely executed hollow, steel plate World Globe with the continents cut out of it. The formed steel plate orb is about 12 mm thick, and just under a metre in diameter. It is stationary, and mounted on a metal vortex tripod. With the continents, and some islands, being 'laser' cut out, it is possible to see inside the globe, or right through to the other side.
