This one story grey Moderne building is located at 244 North 2nd Avenue. The building is currently unoccupied. The fenestration facing 2nd Avenue consists from left to right a double pane bay window with a metal vertical mullion. The central entry is a glass and metal door. A matching double pane bay window with a metal vertical mullion is on the right of the doorway. The northern corner is curved with a glassblock window curving around the eastern to the northern facade. A single bay window is to the right on the northern facade. Towards the western corner is a wooden double door, then a single door.
