This film location is from The Shape of Water which won Best Picture at the 2018 Oscars. Much of the film was shot in Hamilton, this location perhaps being the most recognizable: Hamilton City Hall.
With the exception of taking out the Canadian flag and adding a few benches the area remained unchanged.
