Guyutes is on the south side of 23rd St, so the Rex is best seen while driving east from Western Ave. Guyutes is a unique restaurant in the Uptown 23rd District serving up a gourmet menu from lunch to late night in a laid back atmosphere. Named after the Phish song, Guyute; the restaurant offers elevated street food made with local ingredients.
I'm not sure if there is a reason to have a T-Rex in front, or if it is just something to catch the passer-by's eye. It is a rusted brown metal, hollow, about 5.5 feet high.
