[DE] Dieses alte Rührwerk samt Backofenklappe befindet sich vor der ehemaligen Bäckerei - Café - Weber „Am alten Backofen“ in Adenau.

Mit dem Rührwerk wurde hier früher der Teig für die verschiedenen Backwaren in dem darunter befindlichen Bottich zubereitet. Der Bottich war mit Rädern ausgestattet, damit die großen Teigmengen problemlos transportiert werden konnten. Heute dient das Rührwerk samt Bottich als kleines Blumenbeet.

An der daneben befindlichen Hauswand sind verschiedene Teile des Backofens zu sehen. Die Backofenklappe, durch die die Teigwaren zum Backen in den Ofen geschoben wurden, sowie diverse Klappen, durch die das Feuer im Ofen am Laufen gehalten werden konnte.

In the past, the dough for the various baked goods was prepared with the agitator in the vat below. The tub was equipped with wheels so that the large quantities of dough could be transported without any problems. Today the agitator together with the vat serves as a small flower bed.

Various parts of the oven can be seen on the house wall next to it. The oven door, through which the bakery products were pushed into the oven for baking, as well as various flaps, through which the fire in the oven could be kept running.
