Tatra Koprivnice prišla s modernejší konstrukcí lehkého vozidla. Rada M120.2 se vyrábela postupne ve trech skupinách vozidel, a to 201-210, 211-220 a 221-226. Vozy mely konstrukcní rychlost 50km/h (jiné zdroje udávají 54 km/h). Vozová skrín byla drevené konstrukce s oplechováním.
Poslední vuz v provozu (údajne) M120.210 dojezdil v léte 1943 a po zrušení o šest let pozdeji byl upraven k provozu za motorovou drezínou. Náš vuz M120.206 jezdil v Šumperku, Chomutove ci Peckách.
